The pioneer award is given to an operator in the food industry that is a pioneer in some aspect of sustainability; this could be novel product range, ethical sourcing, production methods, carbon management, water management, social aspects, etc. The organisation should be able to justify its pioneering claims.
The closing date for entries is 25th May, finalists will be notified by 14th June, and the winners at the Sustainable Food Awards reception on 4th July 2024.
